ALLEN ADHAM
Executive Producer, Senior Vice President, and Cofounder

Allen Adham ist als Senior Vice President und Mitgründer von Blizzard Entertainment, Inc. verantwortlich für die Initiativen des Unternehmens bei der Entwicklung neuer Spiele und Erlebnisse. Er ist außerdem Executive Producer für das Diablo-Franchise. Damit trägt er zur Gestaltung der Unternehmensvision für die Zukunft bei und er setzt Ziele und Strategien zur Unterstützung von Blizzards Leitmotiv, nämlich der Erschaffung der epischsten Unterhaltungserlebnisse aller Zeiten.

Im Februar 1991 gründete Allen gemeinsam mit Mike Morhaime und Frank Pearce Blizzard Entertainment. Er wurde der erste President des Unternehmens und später Vorstandsvorsitzender. Adham lenkte das Unternehmen durch die Entstehungsphase der ersten Spiele und wirkte mit bei der Schöpfung der branchenführenden Unterhaltungsuniversen von Warcraft, StarCraft und Diablo. Dazu zählte auch seine leitende Rolle bei der Erschaffung von World of Warcraft während der ersten fünf Jahre der Entwicklung sowie seine Position als Lead Designer, bevor er im Jahr 2004 das Unternehmen verließ.

Nach Blizzard gründete Adham das Unternehmen Tenfold Capital Management und fungierte dort als Geschäftsführer, bis ihn seine Leidenschaft fürs Gaming nach zwölf Jahren wieder zurück nach Hause brachte. Adham erwarb 1990 den Bachelor of Science an der University of California in Los Angeles.

JOHN MUELLER
Art Director

Als Art Director bei Blizzard Entertainment im Diablo IV-Entwicklungsteam liegt die künstlerische Leitung für alles, was mit Diablo zu tun hat, bei John Mueller. Er bündelt und fokussiert das geballte Talent des Künstlerteams und ist sich jeden Tag voll und ganz bewusst, was für eine großartige Aufgabe das ist. Sein Fokus lag hauptsächlich darauf, die visuelle Identität von Diablo IV festzulegen, indem er die Kreativität der Künstler beim Erschaffen der weitläufigen Welt von Sanktuario anhand der düsteren Vision des Spiels anleitete.

Als langjähriger Fan der Diablo-Reihe stieß er im Jahr 2016 als Art Director im Diablo-Entwicklungsteam zu Blizzard. Davor arbeitete er als Studio Art Director bei Vigil Games, wo er für die künstlerische Vision hinter der Darksiders-Reihe verantwortlich war.

Mueller hat seinen BFA (Bachelor of Fine Arts) in Illustration am Otis College of Art and Design gemacht. In seiner Freizeit liebt er es, Kunst für sich selbst zu erschaffen. Außerdem spielt er gerne Videospiele und genießt die Zeit mit seiner Familie.

LUIS BARRIGA
Game Director

Als Game Director bei Blizzard Entertainment, der das Entwicklerteam von Diablo IV leitet, entwickelt Luis Barriga die Gesamtvision für das Spiel und weist dem Rest des Teams den Weg in Sachen Features, Gameplay, Umfang und Gestaltung.

Barriga fing 2005 bei Blizzard als Game Designer im World of Warcraft-Team an, genauer gesagt als Quest Designer für die Erweiterungen The Burning Crusade, Wrath of the Lich King und Cataclysm. Anschließend verlagerte er seinen Fokus von Azeroth nach Sanktuario und arbeitete als Senior Game Designer an Diablo III: Reaper of Souls, bevor er als Lead Game Designer für die Erweiterungen Legion und Warlords of Draenor zum World of Warcraft- Team zurückkehrte. Jetzt ist er wieder nach Sanktuario zurückgekehrt, um sein Team anzuleiten und mit ihm gemeinsam ein neues düsteres Zeitalter von Diablo einzuläuten.

Luis ist ein sehr talentierter Hearthstone-Spieler und hat das erste Blizzard-interne Hearthstone-Turnier gewonnen. Er hat einen Bachelorabschluss in Computer Science vom Worcester Polytechnic Institute. In seiner Freizeit schaut er gerne Horrorfilme, spielt Gitarre (ziemlich schlecht) und entdeckt gerne leckere neue vegane Gerichte.
